Any coffee lovers out here? I made this dessert a while ago, to celebrate the International (or was it “only” national?) Coffee Day. I used the cream from my gluten-free Nutella & coffee cake and added coffee-themed sweets. It turned out great and it’s now become one of my quick (ish) go-to desserts!

Sweet, aromatic and warming. That’s how the perfect autumn-winter apple tart should be. I like to use wholemeal flour when baking with apples, it adds that rich, almost nutty scent. And it makes the cake a bit healthier too! Enough to excuse the second slice. 😉
Oh hi! I’m coming with a post that’s not a recipe, for once? Cannot be! A while ago (well, it’s almost been 2 years!) I wrote about my makeup favourites. I think it’s about time to update that list. 🙂 I decided to go for my top 5 products (listed in a random order).
This cake is everything. Heavenly, rich, decadent, chocolatey Nutella cake on the inside (also perfect to eat alone), sweet and soft coffee cream on the outside, with chocolate decorations. Could you possibly ask for more? It does take a bit of time to make, but it’s also fairly simple. It just can’t not work!
Hey. Hi. Hello. Welcome to my blog, again. Deja vu? How many times can one take a break from blogging, then make a loud comeback and take another step back? Way too many, that for sure. I’m a horrible blogger.
Who doesn’t love a good Chinese takeaway, right? But wouldn’t it be better to make it at home? 😀 Do follow the instructions though and marinate the meat a day ahead – it will turn out soft and insanely aromatic when you cook it the following day 🙂
Extremely sweet although with no sugar and hardly any sweeteners. Extremely tasty, and just as easy to make! Why spend money on store-bought cereal&nuts bars with poor ingredient lists when you can make a whole tin of them at home with close to no effort? Prep time is 10 minutes, including weighing the ingredients and chopping those that need to be chopped. 😉
