Happy New Year to all of you, my dear friends! 🙂
Whether you’re going to – or already did? – attend the craziest of crazy New Year’s Eve parties today or have a calm evening at home, I hope you have a great time! Let’s leave all of the bad memories and experiences of 2018 in the past and take all of the good ones to the New Year. Regardless of how 2018 has been, let’s hope that 2019 brings improvements in all aspects of our lives.
That’s it for this year – see you in the new one!
Chocolate. One food almost everyone loves. Just like everyone loves rich in flavour and delicate in texture chocolate mousse. Would you imagine that you can eat chocolate mousse every day… and actually provide your body with vitamins and nutrients? Chocolate mousse doesn’t have to be full of fat, sugar and – in result – empty calories. There’s a way to make it healthy – though still delicious! Here’s a recipe for quick and healthy chocolate mousse.

Around Christmas, I saw a lot of bloggers write posts under the lovely theme ‘sharing is caring’. Thanks to that initiative, I discovered some amazing blogs through blogs I’d already been following and I myself had visitors who came to my blog because someone else had shared my post on their site.
I would like to join in and, as the title of one of my favourite films says, pay it forward.

Christmas time is over. Most of us enjoyed loads of scrumptious, indulgent foods. Delicious, for sure, but maybe a little bit heavy (and perhaps eaten in huge amounts). In case you’re looking for something a bit lighter and healthier – yet still sweet and tasty – I’m coming with a recipe for a delicious fruit crumble.

Welcome back after the short Christmas break! I hope you had a lovely time with your nearest and dearest!
I’m sure most of us still have some scrumptious leftovers from Christmas feasts. But at the same time, we’re now fast approaching the season of making New Year’s Resolutions. I probably won’t be wrong if I say that at least half of those who make resolutions will include – in one way of another – being physically active, improving their fitness level, hitting the gym, or just generally trying to spend less time on the sofa, in front of the TV.
Last year, I was among those who decided to work out in the New Year. I decided to do it every day and, to my surprise, I actually managed to stick to that plan for about 10 months. Let’s have a quick look at how it went! I will also include a list of most useful fitness accessories which helped me stick to the plan.

Merry Christmas, everyone!
May you have the jolliest time with your nearest and dearest this Christmas, filled with warmth and laughter!
Thank you for sticking with me throughout all the Christmas baking, gift shopping and decorating. It’s been a pleasure to share the whole process with you.
There will be no regular posts at Christmas, we all deserve this little break to devour our Christmas cakes and cookies in peace. See you on Thursday, I’ll be back with regular content then! 🙂
Ho, ho, ho, ho! Santa Claus is coming to town! Or… is he? Apparently, not everywhere.
I suppose all countries have their own versions of popular holidays, making them unique and different from other places. In terms of Christmas, Poland has a lot of traditions, most of which you most likely won’t find anywhere else. Here’s a list of fun facts for you! A quick little read for this busy weekend, presumably full of hectic preparations.

I think I can now officially close the season of Christmas cookie decor. I still need to bake two cakes (I’ll do that a day before Christmas though, they have to be fresh!), but when it comes to cookies – which can be baked and decorated in advance – they’re all done and dusted. I thought I’d share a recap of all my Christmas cookies from this year. Well, maybe not all – I made hundreds of gingerbread cookies – but I have photos of all types of toppings I used. This will be lovely to return to in a few months, to reminisce Christmas time.

Ho, ho, ho! Merry Christmas, everyone! I believe we can all agree that Christmas season is very much here, officially. And although there’s nothing wrong in eating all of the delicious festive food every once in a while, I know for a fact that those trying to maintain a healthy lifestyle on a daily basis might find it difficult to keep the right balance around holidays. Here are a few ways to minimize the bad effects of a Christmas feast. Which, by the way, isn’t as bad as you might assume! I’ve recently posted about 5 real health benefits of Christmas food – make sure to check it out in case you’ve missed it!
