Chickpea Tomato And Bell Peppers Curry

Chickpea Tomato And Bell Peppers Curry

I’m a great fan of curry dishes of all kinds, for two reasons. First of all, their spiciness is so perfectly warming – ideal for someone like me, who believes that every weather below 30°C is basically ice age (no, I don’t live in Sahara Desert, I live in a climate where 30°C is a rather rare occurrence). Secondly, vegetable curry stews are extremely practical – there’s not much preparation needed, some of the ingredients come in cans… you just throw everything in the pot, let it cook for a quarter or two – and that’s it, dinner for 2 days done and dusted.

Flourless Peanut Butter Chocolate Chip Cookies

Flourless Peanut Butter Chocolate Chip Cookies

If, just like me, you’re an unconditional fan of peanut butter – you’re going to love these cookies. Flourless – therefore, gluten-free – they’re mainly based on peanut butter – and that’s where they get their taste from. And although it might be surprising, I’d actually place them on the healthier side of cookie recipes – there’s no flour or regular butter – they’re replaced by peanut butter, which – despite being high in calories – happens to count as healthy food. The only unhealthy part of the recipe is sugar – yes, there’s probably a lot of it, but I still believe overall these cookies aren’t that bad, compared to some other recipes!

Benefits Of Strength Training (Girls, It Applies To You Too!)

January is the time when most of us do our best to stick to New Year’s resolutions. And what’s the most popular of them? According to this study, top three resolutions made for 2019 were to diet, exercise and lose weight. Contrary to popular belief, strength training isn’t only about lifting extremely heavy weights by huge, muscular guys. It’s a kind of training that should be part of everyone’s fitness routine, as it brings serious benefits! And no, dear girls, you won’t look like Arnold Schwarzenegger in his best years after exercising with a set of dumbbells twice a week – whether you like it or not.

Christmas may be over, but winter certainly is not! In fact, it looks like it’s only just begun in my country – the temperature dropped from around 10°C at Christmas to -5°C last night.
