I have to admit I’ve ever been a fan of avocados and guacamole is one of the very few plant based dishes I don’t really like. However, knowing how healthy avocados are and seeing great offers on them in stores literally every 2 weeks I was determined to find a use for them. So far, this is probably my favourite one. Super healthy, super quick, super simple (2 ingredients!) and it manages to fix my chocolate-sweets craving even though it has no sugar and no chocolate (just raw cocoa).
For one serving (from the photo) you’ll need:
- 1 half of an avocado
- 1 teaspoon of raw dark cocoa powder
- Optionally, if you’re used to super sweet spreads (Nutella? :D) – 1 teaspoon of honey or other sweetener
- Optionally, if you want to be a bit extra – a sprinkle of cinnamon/a few drops of vanilla extract/a teaspoon of ground almonds/some chopped up nuts (if you want to make it more Nutella-ish π )
Instructions? Just mash everything together with a fork π

Not sure I could eat this. Anything with avocado is not good. πβ€οΈ

Sounds interesting.makes sense because of the smoothness and neutral taste of the avocadoes.I read that people use avocado for their smoothies as well as to make ice cream..haven’t tried it though.thank you for the recipe!
