I have to admit I’ve ever been a fan of avocados and guacamole is one of the very few plant based dishes I don’t really like. However, knowing how healthy avocados are and seeing great offers on them in stores literally every 2 weeks I was determined to find a use for them. So far, this is probably my favourite one. Super healthy, super quick, super simple (2 ingredients!) and it manages to fix my chocolate-sweets craving even though it has no sugar and no chocolate (just raw cocoa).
For one serving (from the photo) you’ll need:
- 1 half of an avocado
- 1 teaspoon of raw dark cocoa powder
- Optionally, if you’re used to super sweet spreads (Nutella? :D) – 1 teaspoon of honey or other sweetener
- Optionally, if you want to be a bit extra – a sprinkle of cinnamon/a few drops of vanilla extract/a teaspoon of ground almonds/some chopped up nuts (if you want to make it more Nutella-ish 😉 )
Instructions? Just mash everything together with a fork 😀
