I came across some watercolour painting tutorials channel on YouTube the other day and instantly thought how weird it was that I still hadn’t tried that popular technique! Feeling inspired, the next day I bought a set of watercolours and some paper.
My little pictures are far from masterpiece level of art, but I had a lot of fun painting them anyway! Seeing colours spread in the water, living their own lives and creating that nice kind of gradient is extremely relaxing. I can’t believe it took me so long to get some watercolours and try them out but I definitely have lots of joyful hours with watercolour painting ahead of me, I just need to watch or read some tutorials and get the hang of it ^^

Wow! Looks good. My art skills never got better since the 4th grade π That’s the year I traced a picture of my hero at the time, Sonic the hedgehog, repeatedly until I could draw that same picture with ease. Lol. I don’t remember how to draw him anymore though thus the reason why that was the peak of my art skills. lol. You keep up the good work though!

Hahaha π I loved Sonic too but I don’t think I ever tried to draw him, I just collected rings in games π
