So a while ago I made a video tutorial for quick and easy – yet adorable – little floral gift tags. I actually kind of came up with the idea of that technique myself, back when I had no idea that it was an actual thing, with its own name and tools. I just cut a piece of paper into strips and quilled them with my fingers ^^
